Tradezenix offers a no-obligation free trial limited to one per customer. All subscription purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. Customers with concerns should reach out at least 24 hours before making a payment.

7. Software Use and Responsibilities

• Tradezenix’s software is developed and distributed solely to SEBI-registered brokers, sub-brokers, authorized personnel, and clients.
• Any profits or losses resulting from the use of the software are the sole responsibility of the user. Tradezenix is not liable for financial outcomes arising from the use of its software.
• Users agree not to hold Tradezenix accountable for issues caused by hacking, server downtimes, or technical disruptions.

8. Confidentiality

Tradezenix ensures confidentiality regarding client-specific software customizations. We do not share or reuse such information or solutions with other clients.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice at least one month in advance.
