While our algorithms are based on back tested data, we do not guarantee their future performance. The algorithm deployed in the automated system is agreed upon with the user before deployment, and Tradezenix does not take responsibility for any loss incurred as a result. Past performance of any strategy or model does not predict future results. Actual trading outcomes may vary significantly due to factors such as market conditions, costs, timing, and individual client requirements. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the achievement of investment objectives through the use of our software.

We offer prospective clients a free live demo to view the software’s performance before purchasing. Installation files are provided after payment is processed. Once the payment is made, the subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tradezenix and its affiliates, suppliers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or content contained within them. The maximum liability of Tradezenix will be the amount you paid for access to the services.
